We use many different herbs in our treatments. In addition, we provide mixtures of herbs carefully blended to address specific doshic imbalances. These may be used to create herbal infusions (teas) to help restore the body's balance and to bring about healing naturally, using the body's own restorative powers. Another use for medicinal herbs is in a churna. Churnas are specific mixtures of herbs and seasonings created to maintain a particular doshic balance. We design individual mixtures to suit individual people. Churna is used just like any other seasoning, but unlike salt or seasonings selected without the help of Ayurveda, a churna aids rather than upsets your doshic balance. Better still, a churna aids in absorption and assimilation of nutrients.
